摘要 PURPOSE:To reform an original fuel so as to obtain a hydrogen fuel to be the fuel of a fuel cell, for example, by providing an air flow rate control means for combustion, and an original fuel flow rate control means. CONSTITUTION:A control device of fuel cell which has a reformer to reform an input original fuel by heating to obtain a hydrogen fuel gas of a fuel cell, and to let flow in a fuel cell exhaust gas and burn by the air for combustion so as to heat the original fuel, is composed as follows: An air flow rate control means for combustion to control the air flow rate for combustion depending on the generating output of the fuel cell and the measured temperature of the reformer; and an original fuel flow rate control means to control the flow rate of the original fuel depending on the generating output of the fuel cell and the measured temperature of the reformer; are provided in order to heat the original fuel while maintaining the temperature of the reformer at a set temperature. By using such a control device, the air flow rats control means for combustion controls the flow rate of the air for combustion, while the original fuel flow rate control means controls the flow rate of the original fuel, and the original fuel can be heated while the temperature of the reformer is maintained at the set temperature.
