PURPOSE:To make detection with a single sensor possible by using a structure wherein a sensor housing case is rotated arbitrarily and providing a weight to keep the center of gravity in the vertical direction against one side plate plane of a ceramics board so that a sensor is turned in the direction in which sensitivity is maximum against impact in an optional direction to raise capability of detection. CONSTITUTION:An impact sensor 1 is housed in a housing case 2. In the housing case 2, a weight 3 for centroid is provided in the vertical direction against one side plate plane of a piezoelectric ceramics board, and it can rotate in optional direction by a rotation axis 4 and a rotation hoop 5. So that, the impact in optional direction is detected with a single sensor, and further, since ir is in the direction where the sensitivity is maximum, high detection ability is obtained. |
