PURPOSE:To improve printing durability without a deterioration in a developing property of a print, picture reproducibility, printing characteristic, solvent resistance, etc., by incorporating a specified compd. in a photosensitive layer and specifying a tensile property of the photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:A reaction product of a compd. having at least each one structure expressed by formula I and the structure expressed by formula II respectively and quinonediazido compd. is incorporated in the photosensitive layer, and tensile property of the photosensitive layer has physical property of 5-50kgf/mm<2> initial modulus. In the formula I and II, R1 is at least one selected from a group of sulfur atom, substd. or unsubstd. nitrogen atom. substd. or unsubstd. carbon atom, substd. or unsubstd. silicon atom, R2-R5 are substd. group and may be the same or different with each other. Further, the tensile property of the photosensitive layer has the physical property of 0.05-3.0kgf/mm<2> 10% stress, moreover, has the physical property of >=10% breaking elongation preferably. |
