PURPOSE:To change over the dictionary for specified speakers in accordance with a user dispensing with a complex operation in a voice recognizing device used as a voice input device in an atuomobile. CONSTITUTION:The dictionary for a voice recognition 43 has plural dictionaries for specified speakers and plural dictionaries for unspecified speakers. A data read-out part 25 reads out personal recognition data held in the personal recognition data holding part of ignition key. A recognition deciding part 45 performs voice recognition by using dictionaries for specified speakers and directories for unspecified speaker in the case the personal recognition data are present while selecting the dictionary corresponding to a specific speaker performing a voice input with the dictionary for the voice recognition 43 based on the personal recognition and by using dictionaries for unspecified speakers in the case the personal recognition data are not present. |
