摘要 PURPOSE:To fabricate an AC magnetic field shielding molding light in the weight at a low cost and allow it to sustain temperature running resulting from hysteresis loss by including as inevitable constituents a urethane-vinyl chloride graft coplymer and a soft magnetic substance powder having a specified coercive force. CONSTITUTION:Urethane-vinyl chloride graft coplymer is used as a resin binder to meet the requirement of heat resistance and flexibility. As inevitable constituents, a plate-form or splinter-form magnetic substance powder is used in order to generate an effective magnetic shield function even with a comparatively small filling amount and is arranged so that the flat surface of the magnetic substance power is positioned approx. paralel with the surface of the shield molding, wherein the material should consist of soft magnetic substance particles having a coercive force of 10 Oe or less. That is, urethane-vinyl chloride graft copolymer is used as a binder while specific soft magnetic substance particles are used as a filler, and thereby the shield molding can be constructed light in the weight, is equipped with a good resistance against temperature running resulting from hysteresis loss and also flexibility, and can exert a magnetically shielding ability to a degree equal to or higher than any corresponding product according to the conventional technique.
