PURPOSE:To achieve high accuracy in working from measurement to making-off by providing a gage-type frame striding a material to be measured, a measuring shaft, which is attached to the gage-type frame and can be moved and rotated horizontally and vertically, a touch sensor and the like. CONSTITUTION:On the upper side of a movable floor 2, a gage-type frame 3 is fixed on a floor 2 so as to stride a bridge B. A measuring shaft 4, which extends in the vertical direction so as to intersect a lateral bar 3a at a right angle, is attached to the lateral bar 3a of the frame 3. The measuring shaft 4 comprises a strut 11, an inner shaft 12 and a sensor head 13. At the lower part of the sensor head 13, a touch sensor 5 is attached so that the sensor can be rotated in the vertical plane with a supporting point 14 as the center. The sensor 5 has a probe 16, which is extending in five directions, that is, the forward, upward, downward, rightward and leftward directions, which are mutually intersecting at right angles when viewed from the side of a supporting part 15. A sensor-head converter 22 is provided on the floor surface in the vicinity of the frame 3. A provide washing device 27 comprising an ultrasonic- wave generator 25 and a washing well 26, which is set on the generator 25, is also provided. |
