A cleaning and disinfecting compsn. contains lactic acid bacteria. Pref. bacteria are Lactobacillus, esp. L. acidophilus, L. alimentarius, L. casei, L. plantarum, L, farciminis, L. brevis, L, delbrueckii, L. buchneri, L. fermentum and/or L. fructivorans, in amt. of 600-6.8 x 10<8> KBE/ml. The compsn. may contain yeasts, metal salts and free aminoacids. The pH of the compsn. is 2-4.
