<p>A heterocyclic compound represented by general formula (I) and a salt thereof; a process for producing the same; and a medicinal composition containing the same and useful for preventing and/or treating diseases of man or animal induced by bradykinin or an analog thereof. In said formula, a group represented by (a) is a group represented by (b), etc.; X represents O, S, or N-R5; R1 represents lower alkyl, etc.; R5 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.; R2 represents hydrogen, halogen, lower alkyl, etc.; R3 represents halogen, lower alkyl, etc.; R4 represents amino which may appropriately be substituted; and A represents lower alkylene.</p> |
