Single-use syringe with retractable needle (9) including a reservoir (11) defined by the inner wall of a rigid cylinder (7) integral with the outer body (4). A liquid is contained in said reservoir (11) subjected to a pressure so as to be capable of deforming and holding an elastical central rod (5c) operating between an upper head (51) connected to the cylinder (7) and adapted to be pierced at the end of injection in order to allow the liquid to flow out of the cylinder (7), and a lower head (5e) adapted to support the retractable hollow needle (9), both heads (5e, 51) being tight to the cylinder (7) and integral with the same elastic central rod (5c).
