Floor sweeper with two position-variable guide pulleys

The sweeper has at least one endless bristle strand (8) around at least three guide pulleys (5-7) of which at least one is driven. Each bristle strand is associated with at least two position-variable pulleys of which the first (6) can change its position across the work direction (A) and the second (7) is formed as a tension roller set in the work direction behind the first. At least one (5) of the pulleys is locally fixed. A linear guide (9,10) can be used to position the first position-variable pulley. An expanding element in the area of the first pulley inclines the bristles sideways and outwards.
