The shutter comprises a peripheral fitting frame (1), in which an insert is secured, completely filling the frame, in a releasable manner. The insert has a peripheral frame (2), mountable into the fitting frame from inside for releasable connection. The fitting frame has shutter bands on its outside, holding it together, which are swivelably securable on a housing wall. Pref. the two frames are releasably interconnected at their corners by corner couplers of two-part type, screwed together.
