The flange (14) has a PCB (24) connected in electrically-conductive contact with the connection plug (16) fixed at the flange (14). Contact elements (30) are provided at the PCB (24), which make electrically-conductive contact with the tapping track (3). A screening metal plate (34) connected electrically conducting with the elongated housing (2) and the plug connection (16) is arranged in the flange (14). At least four carriers (20,22) are formed which project inside the housing (2) at the flange (14). The carriers are spaced in pairs one above the other, with the distance between corresponding to the thickness of the PCB.
