SKIN MATERIAL HAVING PLURALITY OF MINUTE RECESSES AND PROJECTIONS IN AND ON ITS SURFACE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOLDED PRODUCTS USING THE SAME SKIN MATERIAL

A composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer and fine elastic particles is extruded in the shape of a sheet from an extruder, and this sheet type material is extended, whereby a skin material having minute recesses and projections, which occur due to the fine elastic particles, in and on a surface thereof is produced. This skin material may have a bonding agent layer, a substrate layer or a resin foam layer laminated on the surface thereof which is on the opposite side of such an apparently delustered surface thereof. Such a skin material can be manufactured with a high productivity without causing any environmental problems concerning a solvent to occur. When a molding operation is carried out by using this skin material, a molded product having an apparently delustered surface is obtained.
