An electrical flex 2 for use with crimp connectors etc has several identical strands 4, each with a serrated outer surface 12, the grooves extending longitudinally. The strands thus lock against each other and slip movement between them is prevented. They are all held together by a smooth cylindrical sheath. The serrations extend around the whole periphery of the strands.
