The prefolding mandrel (16) disposed at the outlet of the blank storage means (10) is associated with the prefolding means (33). The invention also comprises means (23, 25) for conveying the prefolded blank from the prefolding mandrel to a final folding mandrel (24), and blank coating means (42), the final folding mandrel (24) comprising a lower side.
