<p>The proposed device comprises an intake pipe (2) which is arranged in a cooled housing (1) and at the inlet of which is mounted a coarse ceramic gas-scrubbing filter (3); at the outlet of the intake pipe there is a trap (4) which communicates with a refrigeration unit (15). The trap (4) is divided into two sections (6, 7); the first section (6), following the direction of flow of the gas, is provided with a nozzle (8) for the gas outflow arranged in a removable casing (9) which communicates with the condensate collection unit (10). The following section (7) communicates with the removable casing via an aperture (11) in its wall and has partitions (12) forming ducts along which the gas can flow. A fine gas-scrubbing filter (19) is fitted in the upper part of the refrigeration unit (15) and in the lower part is the condensate collection chamber (19) which communicates with the hydraulic seal (20) via a pipe (21) with a flap (22) which closes it off during the cleaning process. Another such flap (24) is provided in the pipe (23) connecting the trap (4) to the hydraulic seal (20). During the first blow-through stage, which uses compressed air, the pressure is between 39.2 and 49 kPa, and the refrigeration unit (15), trap (4) and pipes (21, 23) are cleaned with the flaps (22, 24) open. During the second stage, the air pressure is 196-294 kPa and the coarse scrubbing filter (3) is cleaned with the flaps (22, 24) closed.</p> |
