Dispenser packing for stiff strip material

The dispenser packing is for a material which becomes hard when damp. The roll (11) is in an airtight and watertight box in a dispensing carton. The roll has a central winding tube (10). On this tube, it can turn in an unrolling device (19), forming a receiving space (24) with at least two side walls (20,21) and connecting elements (22,23) at front and rear. The winding tube is fitted between the side walls and can be turned insertable holding elements.
