The capacitance alterations of the individual capacitors of the differential capacitor (7) are effected by torsional path proportional electrode distance alterations. The central electrode (5) moves corresp. relatively to the counter electrodes (4,6) of the torsion stretch (3) and the two counter electrodes are arranged rigidly relative to each other. The electrode planes lie parallel to the shaft axis, and the electrodes lying outside the torsional stretch (3), spaced between the two cross sections of the shafts (1,2) and the two counter electrodes are fixed at the height of one cross section and the central electrode and the central electrode at the height of the other cross section.
