Garden spade with higher leverage turning point

The turning point about which the spade levers off the ground after insertion into the ground is set higher using a support between the turning point and ground. The support is made integral with the spade face. The metal plate spade face is continued on both edges where the spade is pressed down. It is bent 90 deg. to the back of the spade. The metal spade face is bent before its end a further 90 deg. in the same direction.
