VCO of ring type esp. for frequency source in PLL

摘要

The delay control circuits fix a delay time in reaction to a first control signal. The delay units are connected in cascade with one another, an input terminal of a first unit extending signals to the output terminal of a unit connection in the form of a ring. The oscillation frequency is regulated by controlling the delay time of each delay unit.
