The roller (17) swivels around an axis (29) which is perpendicular to the plane which is defined by the tangent of the roller with the running track (28) and the roller pivot (2). The swivel axis, at least in the main, lies on the running track. The horizontal swing of the roller is effected by a guide (35) in the shape of an arc of a circle. Two rollers are arranged in the same normal plane to their pivoting axis and are mounted on a common pivoting lever.
