PURPOSE:To provide a production method of soup stock so designed that raw materials for soup stock are classified in terms of bulk specific gravity to sort them into those apt to scattering and those not and, with the progress of mixing a vegetable oil, the amount of the vegetable oil to be admixed is specified. CONSTITUTION:All of the raw materials for soup stock >=0.8 in mean bulk specific gravity per one kind are assembled and the resultant assembly is mixed with a vegetable oil at the weight ratio of 0.1 to 0.7% followed by through agitation. The resultant mixture is then further mixed with second raw materials for the soup stock <0.8 in mean bulk specific gravity per one kind followed by agitation of the entire mixture, thus obtaining the objective soup stock. |
