The legs have respective lugs (23 or 23') near the top, a spring (24) connected between the lugs (23, 23') of the legs (25, 25'), and two slides (251, 251'). Two links (27, 27') are respectively pivotally connected between the intermediate mounting frame (28) and the slides (251, 251').
