PURPOSE:To permit the washing of foot in simple manner and effectively utilize the restricted space by providing a foot washing device which has a base part at a prescribed height position and can be accommodated into a lower space of the base part when not used and an operating means therefor. CONSTITUTION:As for a washstand 10, the front surface of a lower cabinet 16 is opened and closed by a double-leafed hinged door 18, and a foot washing device 20 and a chair 21 are provided inside. The foot washing device 20 is equipped with a body container 22 and an extension part 24 extended from the innermost wall part, and slide-shifted in the longitudinal direction between an accommodation position and a using position which is projected by a prescribed dimension to the front side by a slide mechanism installed on the floor part of the cabinet 16. The extension part 24 of the foot washing device 20 is extended toward the upper part of the body container 22, and a chemical liquid discharge port 26 and a water discharge port 28 are formed on the undersurface of the top edge part. The chair 21 is supported by a supporting rod 56 on the inside surface of the lower cabinet 16, and the chair 21 is pulled out from the accommodation position and turned in the clockwise direction at the projection position, thus the chair 21 can be set in a usable state by pulling out the shouder back part. |
