PURPOSE:To run running devices stably on any surfaces of an even surface and a cylindrical surface by enabling the running devices of a hose handling device to be leg-opened. CONSTITUTION:By swing mechanisms 35, 36, 38, 39, a pair of frames 27, 28 are swung to a leg closing position for running devices 13 to be grounded in rough parallel with an even surfaces 16, and to a leg opening position for the devices 13 to be grounded in rough parallel with a cylindrical surface 17. The devices 13 can be stably run on any surfaces of the even surface 16 and the cylindrical surface 17. By operating a screw shaft 36 rotationally, with a pair of links 38, 39, the frames 27, 28 are swung to the leg closing position and the leg opening position. Leg opening and closing operation can be easily performed. |
