In a car seat elevation device, two seat frames(17) are installed on the bottom surface(12) of the seat cushion(11) of the car seat(10). Two links(15), establishing a first sector gear(20) on one end part and a hook-shaped arm(21), are installed in between the seat frames(17) via a cross beam(22). A front side adjusting handle(13), attaching a first pinion(19) to be geared with the sector gear(20) of at least one of the links(15), is installed the outside front surface of the seat frame(17). The arms(21) of the links(15) are hinged with elevation hinges(23) downwardly projected from the bottom surface of the seat cushion(11). Two seesaw links(16), establishing a second sector gear(25) in the front end and a long hole(26) in the rear end part, are installed in between the seat frames(17) via cross beam(27).
