CO2 IMMOBILIZING APPARATUS BY FINE ALGAE

PURPOSE:To reduce theinstallation cost and operation cost and effectively remove CO2 in discharge gas. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 28 is arranged in a closed type reactor 24 capable of irradiating light into the interior. Fine algae 29 are retained on the carrier 28. A discharge gas 21 containing CO2 is fed from a feed pipe 23 into the reactor 24 and a liquid medium 25 is fed from the pipe 27. These fine algae 29 are irradiated with light and CO2 is immobilized by photosynthetic reaction of the fine algae 29 and discharged as a treated gas 31 from a discharge pipe 32.
