PURPOSE:To manufacture an electric apparatus which has excellent impact resistance by filling a filler having a predetermined particle size and heat treated at a predetermined temperature in a metal case for containing the predetermined component of the apparatus, then pouring a thermosetting resin composition in a predetermined vacuum degree, and curing it. CONSTITUTION:Filler 3 having a mean particle size of 300mum or more and dried at 120 deg.C for 3 hours is filled in a metal case 1 for containing electric components such as primary and secondary coils while vibrating it. Then, after an epoxy resin composition 4 is poured under pressure of 10Torr, it is left to stand under 10Torr for one hour, then returned to the normal pressure, and cured at 100 deg.C for 4 hours. Thus, the components such as the coils can be made to have excellent impact resistance and moisture resistance. |
