METHOD FOR GROWING DWARF PLANT BODY

摘要

PURPOSE:To create a strong dwarf plant body from wide ranges of plant bodies by grafting a non-dwarf plant body with a specific dwarf plant. CONSTITUTION:This method for growing a dwarf plant body is to graft a dwarf plant body having higher phytochrome content than wild type with a non-phytochrome plant body. Thereby, strong dwarf plant free from breakage of a grafted part can be grown and the dwarf plant body can effectively be created by grafting also in the case when there is no dwarf plant or the dwarf plant has no grafting affinity even if there is any dwarf plant.
