PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask equipped with a filter main body through which excellent respiratory level and pleasant feeling can be obtained for a long time by having measurements to fit for the needs expected for a mask and allowing the filter to filter liquid, particles and aerosol. SOLUTION: A filter main body 28 is firmed of multi-layers 36, 38, 40 and 42 consisting of a rectangular filtering material having a plural number of pleats 33, 34 and 35. A mask 12 is fixed to a wearer's head by a slender string pieces 16 and 18 attached to the flaps 30 and 32 extending from the filter main body and forms a fluid seal between the circumference of the mask and the wearer's face surface. The flaps 30 and 32 are formed of elastic material or stretchable material to further enhance pleasant feeling of the wearer together with the fluid seal formed by the mask, among some other uses. A transparent visor is attached to the mask to protect the eyes and the part of the face surface of the wearer uncovered by the mask.
