PURPOSE:To realize the molding of a large-sized molded article by one process by employing a long fiber except a glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:On a plastic reinforced composite material 3, which is made by tying up long metal fibers into a meshwork or a mat and inserted on the cavity of a bottom mold 1, a fused and metered resin 4 is injected into the shape of a heap or a flat plate. After that, a top mold 2 is inserted in the cavity of the bottom mold 1 so as to pressurize and compress the resin and then cool and solidity it in order to mold a large-sized molded article. |
