PURPOSE:To efficiently and easily subject a resin to extrusion molding by improving a shaft to form a kneading part having no screw groove on a base part side from a weighing part to keep a uniform molten state. CONSTITUTION:One shaft 2 is provided in a barrel 1 supported by the base part B1 provided to one end thereof and capable of being heated and coiled in a rotatable manner and a resin supply port 3 is provided to the barrel 1 on the side of the base part B1 thereof. The leading end part of the shaft 2 is formed into a columnar shape having a uniform outer diameter and screw grooves 4 having a uniform pitch are formed to the surface of the columnar part in uniform depth to form a weighing part. A kneading part is formed on the side of the base part B1 from the weighing part to be formed into a columnar shape and the outer diameter thereof is made smaller than the outer diameter of the columnar part connecting the bottoms of the screw grooves 4 in the weighing part and a plurality of plates 21-24 are provided to the columnar surface. At least one holes 20 are provided to each of the plates 21-24 and the plates extend axially toward the rotary direction of the shaft and the kneading part is formed over 30-90% of the length of the shaft. |
