The wiring harness attaches around the trunk of a tree above at least one branch therefrom. The harness has a flexible, elongated support web, having complementary connection hook and pile fasteners at spaced-apart points therealong whereby a loop may be formed with the support web, to pass around the tree trunk above a branch, thereby securing the position of the harness. Several electrical outlets, preferably at least five, are secured to the web at spacedapart points therealong, and the electrical outlets are connected to each other in a single electrical circuit. A conventional three-prong plug is provided, preferably integrated with one of the outlets into a single unit.
