<p>A shoe (2) has a quarter (4) which is articulated to a shell (5). The shell is in turn associated with a frame (6) for supporting two or more wheels (7). A brake (9) is rotatably associated with the quarter and selectively interacts with the ground upon a backward rotation of the quarter. When contacting the ground, the brake oscillates against spring (1). The spring allows the brake to be pulled back once the quarter has returned to an upright position or has moved beyond a given rotation angle. Smooth and effective operation is provided.</p> |
