PURPOSE:To obtain a fiber-reinforced film having a high heat resistance or high strength or a high modulus of elasticity or surface smoothness or top coating properties. CONSTITUTION:In a manufacture of a fiber reinforced film, the film is coumprised by impregnating a glass fiber or carbon fiber woven fabric base with cyanato resin composition varnish containing aromatic hydrocarbon- formaldehyde resin modified novolac epoxy resin, performing heating-drying and making the same harden and has a quantity of 30-60wt.% resin and surface roughness (Rmax) of not exceeding 20mum.
