摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress the influence of a blood vessel without lowering the performance for extracting the activated part of a brain by measuring a gradient echo signal and a spin echo signal, extracting the activated part by use of the gradient echo signal, and detecting the position information of a static part by use of the spin echo signal. CONSTITUTION:An excited higher harmonic pulse 23 and a slice gradient magnetic field 24 are simultaneously applied, and a read out gradient magnetic field d24 after a fixed time to read a gradient echo signal series 27. A reversed high frequency pulse 28 and a slice gradient magnetic field 29 are then simultaneously applied, and a read out gradient magnetic field 30 is successively applied to read a spin echo signal series 32. To the picture element in which the picture element value of the image from the spin echo signal is smaller than a threshold, the picture element value is set to a value within a specified range, and to other picture elements, the picture element value of the image from the gradient echo signal is used to extract an activated part.
