PURPOSE:To improve writing properties and fill up uniformly water-base gel ink or a back-flow preventive agent, by a method wherein the ink refill filled with the water-based gel ink containing oily contents is cenrifuged and the water-based gel ink and oily contents are separated from each other. CONSTITUTION:A writing utensils 2, for which water-based gel ink 1 is used, for example, a water-base ball pen possesses a penholder tip part 31 constituted of a pen member 4, tip 5 and ball 6. An ink holding pipe 32 is provided on the opposite side of the penholder tip part 31. In this case, after an ink refill 3 is filled with water-based gel ink 1 to which an oily contents are added, the oily contents are separated from the water-based gel ink 1 by centrifugation. Then the water-based gel ink 1 is filled within the ink holding pipe 32 in the ink refill 3 and the oily contents added with the water-base gel ink 1 is arranged on the rear of the water-based gel ink 1 as a back-flow preventive agent 7. Hereby, writing properties are improved and the water-based gel ink 1 or the back-flow preventive agent 7 is filled up uniformly. |
