<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a ceramic tube by providing a ceramic inner tube and a high polymer material outer tube and a high polymer material flange or a flange formed in combination with a high polymer material and a metal sheet. CONSTITUTION:As shown in Fig. 3, for instance, a glassfiber-containing nylon resin is supplied in a mold with a ceramic inner tube (alumina pipe 39) set therein for simultaneously injection-molding a resin outer tube 38a and a flange 38b. Thus, the ceramic tube is of a type including a high polymer material outer tube and a high polymer material flange, and the tube can be a split structure so that a piece of parts to be handled is extremely lightweight and only an abraded part can be replaced even if a part thereof is abraded. In addition, the ceramic tube can be designed arbitrarily in size, and it can thus be manufactured by small or middle-sized molding machines or molds.</p> |
