METHOD TO FILL CLOSED CONTAINER UNDER ASEPTIC CONDITION

PURPOSE: To realize an automated process for filling a sealed receptacle with a fluid under an aseptic condition. CONSTITUTION: A receptacle 1 has at least one part 2B made of a material capable of being pierced by a hollow needle and sufficiently flexible to close itself up again after removal of the hollow needle. The part 2B is pierced by a hollow filling needle 8R to communicate with the fluid to have the container 1 filled. A tip of the hollow filling needle is maintained under an aseptic condition by means of laminar gas flow 7 during the process of these operations.
