PURPOSE:To reliably actuate a spike pin at sudden brake time without being influenced by an outside air temperature, and also prevent the pin from contacting with a road surface at ordinary travel time. CONSTITUTION:Braking pins 21 are arranged on front side slant faces of base stands 20 molded in an almost square column shape by an elastic raw material, on the one hand, recessed parts 14 are arranged on a tread surface of a tire, and rear side square column edge parts of the base stands are fixed to bottom surfaces of the recessed parts 14. In order to mount and demount the base stands 20, the plural base stands 20 molded in an almost square column shape by the elastic raw material are continuously arranged in a ring shape, and the braking pins are arranged on the front side slant faces of the respective base stands 20, on the one hand, a recessed groove is arranged on a tread circumferential surface of the tire, and the ring-shaped base stands 20 are installed in the recessed groove so as to be mountable and demountable. |
