PURPOSE:To assure urination and eliminate pain on a patient and damage of the urinary tract and urethra by facilitating operation at the time of insertion of an in-vivo indwelling appliance for improving urination of the organs of the urinary organ systems. CONSTITUTION:This insertion appliance and insertion method of the in-vivo indwelling appliance for improving urination are so constituted that a spring hook 3 mounted at an actuator 2 is assembled into a tubular main body 1 and that a hook part 3a is made puttable into and out of the tube by operating this actuator 2 from outside.
