PURPOSE:To provide a cover for an air bag which can be commonly used with different car models while the inflating performance is secured, and reduce the weight and cost without making the assembling deviation from a steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:A core 32 of a cover 30 is directly fixed to a hub 16A of a steering wheel 16, a locking claw 36 of a connecting part 34 is separably locked to a locking hole 38 of a spoke 16B in a separate manner from a bag 18 and an inflator 20. Thus, the cover can be commonly used even with the different car models without making the assembling deviation, and the strength of a fixing part is sufficiently secured to reduce the weight and cost. |
