PURPOSE:To surely and speedily obtain an electric conduction-heated food free from uneven heating by vertically mixing an electrically conductive liquid placed in an energizing tank together with a food material, homogenizing temperature distribution through out the liquid and heating the food material by using heat-up effect and electrically conductive effect of the electrically conductive liquid. CONSTITUTION:A food material A is placed in an energizing tank 1 together with an electrically conductive liquid B. The tank is energized while the temperature distribution of the whole electrically conductive liquid B is homogenized by stirring and mixing with the vertical motion of the food material A. The food material A is heated with heat-up effect of the electrically conductive liquid B based on the electric conduction and electric conduction effect of the electrically conductive liquid B. |
