The aircraft apparatus allows for a reduction in the system capacity to attack incoming aircraft. From a mother aircraft (10), which takes part in the attack task against an area protected by the attack system (13), one or more feigned attack projectiles (11) are launched, which are ballistically or aerodynamically controlled. Through their geometry and material choice, the projectiles are formed to provide minimal signature for electromagnetic radiation during radiation from the attack system (13) or from other radiation sources separate from the attack system. The feigned attack projectiles for reflection by a first, unit formed for a first signal character (15) passively reflects and via one or more other units actively receive and re-transmits electromagnet radiation of a first signal character from the attach system. |
