摘要 The boiler (1) comprises a heat exchanger (2) composed of different casting parts (3) forming a combustion chamber (4) heated by an oil burner (5). The combustion chamber wall (16) is completely surrounded by a volume of water (10). Each cast part has feet (6) at the bottom and supports (7) at the top. Above the combustion chamber and under the supports are several burnt gas exhaust conduits (8,9). The water volumes in all sections of the boiler are in communication by means of a return connector (11) and a supply connector (12). This latter connector has a thermometric probe (13) submerged in the boiler water which is connected to a regulator (15) through a capillary (14). The regulator controls the burner through an active connection (21). A wall adjacent to the combustion chamber wall has cast ribs (17) which form water pockets (18). If there is insufficient water in the boiler, burner operation rapidly transfers water in these pockets into steam which escapes through channels (19) to the thermometric probe.
