The variable turbo-compressor is formed of a exterior stator housing (1) which has internally centrally fitted, an exterior rotor hollowed out (2) assembled on bearings (21), a suction turbine (7) assembled externally on the same axis sucks in the gases to be compressed which pass through openings (12) and feeds (19) in the stator housing (9). The central rotor (3) is mounted in an eccentric hole in relation to the centre of the housing (9) and contains blades (5) mounted in pivoting seals in the grooves (17) of the rotor. A single blade (4), fitted to the rotor (3) as the others, has its upper edge fixed to the inside surface of the hollowed out rotor (2) by tenons (14) and hinge pin (6). The whole is driven by a shaft (26) and belt and pulley (24,25) drive.
