The fastener includes three clamps which comprise two parts (19,20;29,30;39) held together by screws in threaded holes across the two parts or by self-tapping screws or blind rivets. They hold the three components coaxially and the third clamp has side passages (45) to allow the optical fibres (8,9) to freely cross this part of the module. The first clamp includes a locking ring formed in two halves to hold the sheathing (2). The second clamp has a tubular element crossed by the fibres and central carrier (10) while the stiffening (4) lies around this element. The third has a channel for the carrier with a cylindrical, internally grooved bar to press on the carrier.
