Output current and voltage detection system for pulsed current regulator

The current and voltage detection system determines the means value of the current or voltage supplied by the current regulator, from the corresponding current or voltage characteristic over a control interval, with the regulator controlled via a triangular modulations, or via a vector modulation. Pref. the measured current or voltage is fed to a voltage-controlled oscillator, providing output pulses fed to a digital counter, with the current or voltage means value determined from the difference in the counts at the beginning and end of the control interval.
