Portable massage apparatus by which pulsating air blow and suction is applied to human body comprises base (10), electromagnet (12), permanent magnets (11), levers (5), diaphragms (4), air casing (3), air tubes (2) and massage heads (1). The permanent magnets (11) are each fixed to the respective levers (5) on one end of the levers (5) and opposing or face the magnetic pole of the electromagnet (12), and the diaphragms (4) are each fixed to the respective levers (5) on another end of the levers (5) and sealed with the respective openings of the air casing (3). Ball bearings (7) are each fixed to the respective levers (5) between the ends of their longitudinal portions and mounted on a bearing base (9) which is mounted on the base (10).
