Each side frame arrangement has connected upper (10,12) and lower frame elements at the front. The lower one has a steering wheel (52) holder (54) and a drive wheel (50) holder. The upper and lower elements are connected by a suspension element so that the upper element is held and the front end is rotatable about a pivot link connection.
